Changing trends in hotel industry
The skilled staff is the latest challenge to the Hotel Industry. It is even bigger then the competioin and terorism. The prospective of Atthithi devo bhava is vanishing out of the Indian Hospitality industry. Very sad but it is the truth
tHE PLACE IN THE HOTEL MARKET IS GETTING DERTIER EVERY DAY. THERE ARE NO NORMS FOLLOWED BY THE MGMT TEAM OF HIRING STAFF AND ALSO THE STAFF HAS NO MORAL RESPONSIBLITY TOWARDS THE ORGANISATION THEY WORK. THE LEAVE THE HOTELS EVERY DAY WITHOUT PROPER EXITS.
